GPAT Entrance Exam 2024 – Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry students) or equivalent from a recognized university. Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor‟s Degree B.Pharmacy (10+2+4) whose result will be declared before the commencement of admission for the academic year can also apply for GPAT – 2024 Computer Based Test (CBT).
• B.Tech. (Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology)/ equivalent candidates are not eligible to apply. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• There is no age restriction for appearing in GPAT – 2024.

How To Apply For GPAT 2024 Exam?

• Registration: Visit the official website of NTA GPAT and click on the registration link for GPAT 2024. Enter the required details such as name, email address, mobile number, and create a password. Submit the registration form to generate your application number and password.
• Fill Application Form: Log in using the provided application number and password. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, contact information, and other required details in the application form.
• Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph and signature in the specified format. Ensure that the documents meet the prescribed size and format guidelines.
• Payment of Application Fee: Pay the application fee through online mode using debit card, credit card, or net banking. The application fee varies for different categories, so check the fee details before proceeding with the payment.
• Verify Details: Review all the details entered in the application form before final submission. Make corrections if necessary and ensure accuracy in all information provided.
• Submission: After verifying the details, submit the application form. Once submitted, you will not be able to make any changes, so double-check all the information.

• The syllabus for the exam will be as prescribed by AICTE.
• The medium of the Question Paper shall be in English only

Marking Scheme

• Each question carries 4 (four) marks
• For each correct response, the candidate will get 4 (four) marks.
• For each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted from the total score.
• Un-answered/ un-attempted will be given no marks
• To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option which is most appropriate.
• However, after the process of Challenges of the Answer Key, in case there are multiple correct options or changes in the key, only those candidates who have attempted it correctly as per the revised Answer Key will be awarded marks.
• In case a Question is dropped due to some technical error, full marks shall be given to all the candidates irrespective of whether they fact who have attempted it or not.

GPAT Admit Card 2024

• The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to their satisfying the eligibility conditions.
• The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on Date, timing, and discipline as indicated in their Admit Card
• No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination center, on a Date and time other than that allotted to them in their Admit Card.
• In case candidates are unable to download Admit Cards from the website, they may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.

GPAT NTA Result 2024

• Result Compilation: The result for GPAT-2024 will be compiled based on the Final Answer Keys. After the declaration of the result, no grievances related to the answer keys will be entertained.
• Raw Marks: The actual marks obtained by a candidate will be considered for the computation of the GPAT-2024 result.
• Score Card: No physical scorecards will be dispatched to candidates. They are advised to download their scorecards from the official website gpat.nta.nic.in.
• No Rechecking/Re-evaluation: There is no provision for rechecking, re-evaluation, or re-totaling of the result or score. Queries regarding this will not be entertained.
• NTA as Examination Conducting Body: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the GPAT examination and provides the GPAT Score 2024.
