TS LAWCET Previous Question Papers – Details

TS LAWCET Exam Pattern

Through this section, aspirants can find information about the TS LAWCET Exam Pattern. The question paper consists of two parts. And, the question paper is comprised of three subjects. These subjects include General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Mercantile Law, Public International Law, Crimes and Tort, IPR, and Other Laws. And, each part consists of 60 Questions.

Also, each question carries one mark. The total items are 120 questions. And, the full marks for the examination are 120 marks. Moreover, the time allocated to write the exam is 90 minutes (1hr and 30 minutes). So, aspirants have to increase their time management skills to qualify for the examination.

TS LAWCET Syllabus

• Part – A: Consists of 30 questions carrying 30 marks: General Knowledge and Mental Ability.
• Part – B: Consists of 30 questions carrying 30 marks: Current Affairs.
• Part – C: Consists of 60 questions carrying 60 marks: Aptitude for the Study of Law. Out of these 60 Questions, a total of 10 Questions will be based on the comprehension of legal passages given.

For 5 year Law Course, the standard expected is Intermediate level/ 10+2 and for 3 year Law Course, the standard expected is Degree Level. The questions in Part-C, Aptitude for the study of Law, elementary knowledge of the basic principles of Law and Constitution of India, on the Part of the Student is assumed.
