MH CET Law Eligibility

The officials of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State have specified the MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria for candidates who are appearing for the MAH-LL. B 5 Yrs. Integrated Course CET- 2024.

• The applicant should have completed the Senior Secondary School course (+2) with a minimum of 45% marks in Aggregate for OPEN, EWS (with a minimum of 40% marks in Aggregate and VJNT, SBC, and OBC and with a minimum of 42% marks in Aggregate) or equivalent course from the Institute in Maharashtra State (such as 11+1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate course).
• The applicants who have obtained +2 Higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible for the course. (Provided that, the applicants who have obtained 10+2 through the Open University system directly without having any Basic Qualification are not eligible.)
• The qualifications of 10th (SSC), and 12th (HSC) (+2) may be obtained through any mode (Distance/ correspondence / open schooling method).
• The Applicant/s must obtain basic qualifications for admission to the Five Year degree course for which the Basic Qualification shall be 10th(SSC) which shall be required to be followed by +2(HSC).

MH CET Law 2024 Application Fee

• CET Fee For Open Category, EWS Candidates from Maharashtra State, Out Side Maharashtra State (OMS)/ All India Candidates belonging to all Categories, and J&K Migrant Candidates – Rs.800/-
• CET Fee- For Candidates belonging to Backward Class Categories [SC, ST, VJ/ DT- NT (A), NT-1 (B), NT-2(C), NT-3(D), OBC and SBC] Categories belonging to Maharashtra State only having valid Caste Certificate and having valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid up to March 2024 for DT-VJ, NT1, 2, 3, OBC &SBC Candidates. – Rs.600/-

Law (5 Years)

• The exam will be conducted online mode
• Medium of Exam Papers – English, Marathi
• Type of Questions – Multiple Choice Questions
• Total Duration of exam – 120 Mins (2 Hours)
• Marking Scheme – No Negative Marking, 1 mark for the correct answer

Law (3 Years)

• The Questions will be Objective Multiple Choice Questions with Four Options.
• There is No Negative Marking.
• The time allotted is 2 Hours i.e. One Hundred and Twenty Minutes.
• The Questions will be in English and Marathi.
