BCECE Counselling 2022 Process

All the candidates who are eligible on the basis of BCECE 2022 results, after visiting the above website of the Board, click on the “Merit of BCECE 2022” link and enter their roll no. And get the Rank Card by entering the date of birth.

• Candidates click on “Online Counseling Portal of BCECE – 2022”. After that, to fill in the new registration and choices for Online Counseling, click on the “Click here for New Registration” link and register yourself by entering the information asked on the computer screen.
• After registration, the candidate’s log in to their account with their User ID and Password and fill in the choice of as many Colleges and Branches as per their preference. After filling out the choice, candidates can edit their choice till the last date. Given According to the schedule, if the candidates are satisfied with the choices filled by them, then lock their choices.
• After choice locking, if the candidates want to make any changes in the choices filled by them, they can click on the “Unlock Choices” button and enter their Registered | Mobile no. And by Authenticating / Verifying the OTP received on the email, the choices can be changed till the last date.
• After that, the candidates should re-lock the lastly filled choices. If the candidates do not lock their choice by the prescribed last date, then their choice will be automatically locked immediately after the scheduled last date.
• There will be no provision for any change in choice after the last date. Take out the print-out of the choices filled by the candidates and keep them safe for the future.
• The process of registration and choice filling for online counselling is one-time. Therefore, if any candidate does not register for the first round or does not fill in his/her choice after registration, then all such candidates will be called for online counselling for the next round. No chance will be given for re-registration and choice filling.
• The list of finally filled choices will be sent through email to the registered email ID of the candidate before seat allotment.
• Seat allotment will be done on the basis of all the candidates who have done Choice Filling till the prescribed last date.
• Candidates can see their seat allotment results by logging into their accounts from the scheduled date. If the candidate is not satisfied with his allotted college and branch, then express his desire for 1/pgradation for the next round in order to download the Promissory Allotment Order. If a candidate does not express his desire for upgradation for the next round of counseling, then he will not be considered for the next round of counselling.

Documents Needed At The Time Of BCECE Counselling 2022

It is mandatory to bring all the following original certificates/documents and one self-attested photocopy issued by the competent authority mentioned on page 2 of the booklet to the center.

• (a) Original Admit Card, (b) Original mark sheet, and (c) Original/Provisional pass certificate of Intermediate or equivalent examination. (iii) Original admit card of Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2022 Copy of Admit Card and photograph affixed on it additional copies.

• Verification Slip in 2 copies as downloaded along with Biometric Form in one copy is mandatory to be brought at the time of Document Vention.
• After going to the Reporting / Nodal Center and getting their Document Verification done, if the candidates have expressed their desire for upgradation for coding in the next round, then they should take the signed Document Verification Slip along with their original certificates.
• If their SOT is upgraded in the 2nd round, then the candidates will definitely be present with the Document Verification Slip of the first round and all the related original certificates at the designated Reporting / Nodal Center for enrollment on the allotted seat in the 2nd round, otherwise, in the 2nd round, The allotted seat will be treated as vacant, as a result of which the quota allotted in the Ist round will also become vacant. But if the seat of the first cycle of the candidate remains retained, then they should report to the pre-allotted institute with the Document Verification Slip and all the relevant original certificates and get enrolled within the prescribed period, otherwise, their first round will be cancelled.
