VTUEEE 2021 Eligibility

(A) Admission to B.Tech. Degree Programmes

In addition to the Government norms, a candidate who seeks admission to B.Tech. degree Programmes should have either completed or appearing for, any one of the following
examinations, 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by any State Board, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi), The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE, New Delhi), National Institute of Open Schooling; Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University, High School Certificate Examination of the University of Cambridge or equivalent.

Qualifying Examination

• A pass in +2 (or its equivalent). Those appearing for 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in March/April/May 2021 can appear for VTUEEE 2021.
• For the purpose of consideration for the award of Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship, the State from which the candidate has studied and appeared for the qualifying examination (12th standard examination of the State or Central Board) will be taken as the state to which the candidate belongs, even though the nativity of the candidate may be another State or Union Territory.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Candidates who have not completed 25 years of age as of 1st July of the year in which admission is sought is eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Physically Challenged (PC) candidates, the age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board Certificate only will be taken as authentic. Age relaxation up to six months may be granted by the Authority of the Institution in specific cases.

VTUEEE Application Fee is Rs. 950/-. Candidate can apply Online or Offline to Vel Tech

• Candidates can visit www.veltech.edu.in to apply online. The application fee can be paid through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card/ UPI /Paytm postpaid or wallet.
• Candidate can send a Demand Draft for 950/- drawn in favor of “ Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology”, payable at Chennai, to The Head – Admissions along with a requisition letter containing the full address of the applicant.
• By handing over a DD for 950 /- in person at Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, Avadi, Chennai. Please send in the filled Application form only to the University address:

VTUEEE 2021 Scholarships

Vel Tech Mahatma Gandhi Merit Scholarship Scheme is available for the Meritorious students of our Institution ranging form 100% Scholarships on tuition fee, boarding, and lodging to 10% concession in tuition fee.

VTUEEE 2021 Exam Pattern

The question paper pattern will be similar to the JEE Mains examination. Duration of the examination is 3 hours (180 minutes). The question paper consists of 90 questions. 1 mark (one fourth) will be deducted for every wrong answer. No deduction from the total score will be made if no response is indicated for an item in the answer sheet.

VTUEEE 2021 Syllabus

Scheme of Examination for VTUEEE 2021 is Computer Based Test (CBT) & Paper and Pen Test (PPT). The question paper pattern will be similar to the JEE Mains examination. There are three parts in the question paper A, B, C consisting of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics having 30 questions in each part of equal weightage.

How To Apply For VTUEEE 2021?

Aspirants can apply for the VTUEEE 2021 Exam by visiting the official site @ veltech.edu.in. And the stepwise Registration is given below.

• Click on Admissions and go through New Registration. Enter all the details carefully.
• After filling in the details, click apply now.
• Application Number Generation. A unique application number and password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
• Application number and password can be used for future reference
• Fill in the relevant fields carefully. Upload scanned (JPEG format) photograph (10-100KB) and signature (size: 10-100KB) of the candidate.
• The cost of the application is Rs.950.Payment can be done via Netbanking / Credit/ Debit card / UPI or Paytm Wallet.
• After payment, an Online Application form will be generated. You are requested to bring the application form during the admission. Download the soft copy of the online application for further reference.

VTUEEE 2021 Hall Ticket

The Hall Ticket will be sent by post “Under Certificate of Posting (UCP)” to the candidate (including those who applied online) about two weeks before the conduct of the examination. The e-hall ticket is available for candidates online at www.veltech.edu.in and it can be downloaded by entering their application number and password generated during registration.

VTUEEE 2021 Result

The test results will be available on the website www.veltech.edu.in for Phase-I on 6th March 2021 and for Phase-II on 6th May 2021 or as per the notification. An email intimating the rank will be sent to the candidate and the results will not be intimated via post. There is no provision for re-grading or re-totaling. A photocopy of the answer sheet will not be provided. Any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
