In-service primary teachers who possess all three of the following qualifications together:

• At present, there should be a teacher teaching primary classes (classes 1 to 5 or classes 1 to 8) in a government/ non-government (recognized) school.
• Those who have completed B.S.T.C. on regular basis. (B.S.T.C./ D.El.Ed. (D.El.Ed.) etc. Equivalent bi-year Primary Teacher Teaching Training Program which is conducted by NCTE. Recognized and passed.
• Graduation/ Post Graduation (Arts/ Science/ Commerce) examination should be passed with a minimum of 50 percent in the general category, B.Tech graduate (Science with math specialization) with a minimum of 55 percent in the general category. SC/ ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), Most Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer), Divyang and Widow and Divorced Women candidates of Rajasthan will be given 5 percent relaxation in the above graduation/ postgraduate qualification percentage.
