UPGET 2025 | Application Form (Started), Exam Date, Eligibility: Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Uttar Pradesh, has started the registration process for the UP GNM Entrance Test (UPGET) 2025 (UPGET 2025). Eligible candidates who wish to take the exam may submit the application for the exam on the official website abvmuup.edu.in until 14 May 2025.

UP GNM Application correction window will open from 7th to 14 May 2025. The entrance exam is scheduled for 11th June 2025 and the admit card will be released on 4th June 2025. The exam is conducted for the admission to GNM Course (3 Years) for all Private Institutions/Colleges affiliated with UP State Medical Faculty running GNM Program.

UPGET Eligibility Criteria 2025

• Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December 2025 to be eligible for admission.
• Educational Qualification (As per INC Regulations)
• To apply for the GNM course, candidates must meet one of the following academic criteria:
• 10+2 with English with a minimum of 40 percent aggregate marks in the qualifying exam and English as an individual subject from a recognized board.
• Candidates from State Open Schools and the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), recognized by the government, are also eligible.
• Science stream is preferable. For calculating the percentage, three core elective subjects will be considered, excluding English. However, passing marks in English are mandatory.
• 10+2 with English securing 40 percent marks in the vocational ANM course from a school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
• 10+2 with English securing 40 percent marks in the vocational healthcare science stream from a recognized CBSE, State, or Central Board.
• Registered ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) with passing marks.
• Note: Candidates from SC and ST categories receive a 5 percent relaxation in the total marks requirement.
  • Medical Fitness Criteria
  • Candidates must be medically fit to apply.
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates with loco-motor disability (40 to 50 percent) of the lower extremity are eligible, provided they meet the educational requirements for their category.
• Reservation Policy
  • Reservation is provided as per the State Government policies and within the total sanctioned seats approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or State Government.
  • Any updates in the reservation policy will follow the Uttar Pradesh State Government directives.
• Important Notes for PwD and Minority Candidates
  • PwD candidates must undergo a medical examination by a State Government Medical Board (including a nursing expert) to verify their disability status (40 to 50 percent loco-motor disability in the lower limb).
  • Reservations for Minority Institutions and other categories will align with Government of Uttar Pradesh norms.
• Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for admission.

• Register Online: Visit the official website, abvmucet25.co.in. Click on UP GNM Entrance Test 2025, and complete the registration with personal details.

• Verify & Login: Confirm OTP sent to email and mobile, then log in using the registration ID and password.

• Fill Application Form: Enter personal details, address, education, and test center preferences, then upload photo, signature, and verification sheet.

• Upload Live Photo: Capture and upload a live photo using a webcam or mobile camera following the given guidelines.

• Enter Bank Details: Provide bank account details for refund purposes and preview the form before submission.

• Pay Application Fee: Complete payment online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI. Ensure only one successful payment.

• Final Submission: After payment confirmation, submit the form and download the final application for future reference.
