For BTech Programs
- Through Board Marks & JEE Scores
- Minimum 50% marks at Higher& Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and minimum 50% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) at Senior Secondary level (12th class) or
- Valid JEE Score with 50% marks with Minimum 50% marks at Higher& Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and minimum 50% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) at Senior Secondary level (12th class)
Streamwise eligibility
- B.Tech. Aerospace Engineering (Avionics): Minimum 50% Marks in Class X and XII. Minimum 50 % in PCM (Physics/ Chemistry and Mathematics) in Class XII
- B. Tech Applied Petroleum Engineering Upstream (Digital Oilfield): Minimum 50% Marks in Class X and XII. Minimum 50 % in PCM (Physics/ Chemistry and Mathematics) in Class XII
- M.Tech. (Renewable Energy Engineering) – Green Energies: Minimum 60% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (10th and 12th). 2. B. Tech/ BE in Electrical/ Electronics/ EEE/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Or equivalent.

- Go to the Apply page, then enter your details like First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Date of Birth, and then select your Nationality, Program, and examination mode
- By clicking on the Next button you will be moved to further pages
- You will receive an OTP to the registered mobile number
- Enter your OTP and click on the Submit button
- By submission of the application, you will receive a confirmation mail with respect to your successful registration
