UPCATET 2025 Counselling Process
The UPCATET 2025 counselling process for MVSc and Ph.D. (PDV) courses is scheduled to take place from 15th July to 17th July 2025. Candidates must report for offline counselling at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, on 30th July and 1st August 2025 at 9:30 AM. Additionally, the BVSc and AH counselling will begin from 27th June 2025. Aspirants seeking admission into Undergraduate and Postgraduate agriculture courses should complete their UPCATET counselling registration between 27th June and 28th June 2025 (by 5:00 PM). Please note, only those who have qualified in the UPCATET 2025 exam are eligible to take part in the counselling process.
Required Documents UPCATET Counselling 2025
- Downloaded copy of the online application form duly attested by Registrar/ Principal/ Dean of last attended college/ institution
- Attested photocopies of Class 10 and 12 certificates and mark sheets
- Original and attested photocopies of marks sheets and certificates of Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree courses
- Domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh state issued by the competent authority
Original copy of sport weightage certificate - Original copy of character and conduct certificate from the Head of last attended college/ institution
- Five passport-size photographs with name and roll number written on the back
- Original copy of OBC category certificate issued after March 31, 2021, or valid on counselling date
- Two bank drafts of INR 500 (counselling fee) and INR 5,000 (initiation fee)
