Educational Qualification
- For B.Sc. (Hon) Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry and Bachelor in Fisheries Science/ Veterinary Science: Must have passed 12th Standard with 60% marks
- B.Sc. (Hon) Home Science: Must have passed 12th Standard in Arts with Home Science/ PCB/ PCM/ PCMB/ Agricultural Science with 60% marks
- M.Sc. Agriculture Biochemistry/ Agricultural Economics/ Agricultural Economics & Management/ Agronomy/ Animal Husbandry/ Dairy Technology/ Live Stock Production and Management/ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Soil Science/ Soil Science & Agriculture Chemistry: Must have passed B.Sc. Agriculture with 60% marks
- M.Sc. Home Science: Must have passed BSc Home Science with 60% marks
- Masters in Veterinary Science: B.V Sc & AH with 5.50 CGPA
- M.Sc. Agriculture Biotechnology/ Meteorology/ Horticulture/ Nematology/ Statistics/ Entomology/ Plant Pathology/ Plant Physiology/ Crop Physiology/ Seed Science & Technology/ Soil Conservation& Water Management: Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Biotechnology, Forestry with 60% marks
Age Limit
- The minimum age limit for BVS-C & AH course on 31st December 2024 should be 17 years and a maximum of 25 years. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes will be given a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit
- The minimum age limit for the remaining undergraduate courses should be 16 years and a maximum of 22 years on 31st December 2024. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes will be given a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit
- There is no age limit for master’s courses
UPCATET Application Fee
- You can choose the option of online (debit card and net banking) payment. Fee can be deposited in online mode through Debit Card or Net Banking
- GEN(UR)/ OBC (General Caste/ Backward Caste) Rs. 1250/- and SC/ ST (Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe) Rs. 1050/- and additional bank transaction fee will be borne by the candidate himself
- Last Date (Last Date for Fee Deposit 3rd June 2024 3:00 PM)
How to Apply for UPCATET 2024?
- Visit the official website @ upcatetexam.org
- Open the Information brother, and read the given instructions carefully
- If you are eligible to apply, first click on New Registration
- After that on the next page fill in all your details carefully and click on the submit button
- After clicking on the submit button, the next page will open and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile
- Enter the OTP and click on the submit button
- After Verifying Mobile No. Registration No. Details will be sent to your registered mobile and email
- After getting the details of the registration number, candidates can log in with their registration number and date of birth
- After login, fill in all the details and upload the documents
- After filling in the details your application details will be displayed. Read all your details carefully. If there is any discrepancy, you can rectify it immediately, otherwise, you cannot rectify your details after going through the Fees Process
- After completing the above steps (Final Submission), you can submit the fee after 24 hours
- You can take a printout of your application form 24 hours after depositing the fee. Take out more than 2 copies of the application form and keep it safe with you

UPCATET Admit Card 2024
