Uttar Pradesh CPET 2025 Application Form
To apply for UP CPET 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:

The applicant should be an Indian citizen.

The candidate must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025.

For B.Sc Paramedical courses at SGPGIMS, Lucknow, the maximum age limit is 30 years.

For other affiliated institutes, there is no upper age limit.

Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and must have passed English individually.

Students from NIOS and other government-recognized open schools are also eligible to apply.

The candidate should be medically fit. Admission will only be confirmed after medical fitness is verified by the Medical Board of a Government Medical College or the District Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
UP CPET 2025 Subject-wise Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed Class 12 with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), and have passed English as a separate subject, are eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Optometry and Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology courses.
- For the Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology course, candidates should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in Physics, Chemistry, and any one of the following subjects: Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics, or Psychology, along with a pass in English individually.
