TS PECET Notification 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
- For B.P.Ed: The Candidates should have appeared or passed a three-year degree examination recognized by any University in Telangana State or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto and should have completed 19 years of age on 1.07.2024.
- For D.P.Ed: The Candidates should have appeared or passed an Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the Government of Telangana State and should have completed 16 years of age on 1.07.2024.

TS PECET Exam Pattern 2024
The Common Entrance Test for entry of students into B.P.Ed. (Two Years) and D.P.Ed. (Two Years) Courses Comprise of two parts, namely a) a Physical Efficiency Test and b) a Skill Test in the Game.
These tests will be conducted as follows:
Physical EfficiencyTests: Maximum 400 marks:

The Candidate has to choose either a High Jump or a Long Jump. Candidates have to mention an option in the application. Changing of option at the time of the test is not permitted.
Skill Test in Game: Maximum 100 Marks
The skills of the candidate shall be tested in any one of the following games opted for by the candidate:
- Ball Badminton
- Basketball
- Cricket
- Football
- Handball
- Hockey
- Kabaddi
- Kho-Kho
- Shuttle Badminton
- Tennis
- Volleyball
Note: If any Candidate fails to choose any one of these games in the application, the candidate will not be allowed to attend the examination in the skill test and he/ she loses the chance to appear for the 100 marks skill test. If any candidate chooses more than one game, then also, the candidate will not be allowed for the skill test. So, the candidate should fill out the application properly by choosing only one game. Changing of option at the time of the test is not permitted.
