TMISAT Eligibility

Qualifying in IMUCET, as well as TMISAT, is mandatory for admission.

The following criteria have to be met in order to be eligible for admission into the B. Tech. Marine Engineering, B.Sc Nautical Science at TMI:

Age

• Male candidates born on or after 1st September 2000 are eligible to apply for the 2021 batch. In accordance with Government of India guidelines, there is two-year age relaxation for female candidates, and girls born on or after 1st September 1998 are eligible to apply for the 2021 batch.
• The minimum age of a candidate shall be 17 years.

Gender

TMI encourages the participation of both genders without discrimination.

Marital Status

Only unmarried candidates will be considered.

Academic Qualifications

You must have successfully completed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with:

• At least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (P C M), and
• At least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII

TMISAT Application Fee 2022

Candidates, need to pay the non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 1200/-. They can pay the online test fees through the official website by using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking or by a Demand draft/ Pay Order.

• The home age will appear on the screen.
• Go to the Admissions section.
• In that cick on your respective courses.
• In that click on the how to apply link.
• Enter the details in the required fields.
• Then click on the Register button.
• Fill in all the details and upload all the documents required.
• Recheck the details.
• Make a payment.
• Then submit the application form.

TMISAT Exam Pattern 2022

• The Online Test has Main Test with 80 Questions in four sections and a Behavioral Assessment.
• The online test has a multiple-choice format covering Physics, Mathematics, Analytical and Logical Reasoning.
• The questions are of 10+2 level.
• There is one section each with negative marking in Physics and Mathematics.
• The duration of the test is 90 minutes.
• On completion of the Main test consisting of the above four sections, there will be a behavioral assessment for 30 minutes.
