• Counselling Fee – Rs. 500/- through online as a processing fee, via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.

General Instructions

• Candidates who are participating the online choice filling for MBBS/ BDS Degree Courses will have to remit a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs.500/- for Government Quota and Rs.1000/- for Management Quota.
• Candidates should be careful while choice filling.
• Seat Matrix for the Course will be available on the official websites.
• The selection committee does not take responsibility for the Connectivity errors.
• Admission to MBBS/ BDS Degrees courses shall be made by the ONLINE COUNSELLING on the basis of rank by applying the rule of reservation.
• The procedure for online counselling will be available on the official websites.
• Candidates who are absent at the scheduled time and date of online counselling will not be considered for admission. However, the Selection Committee reserves the right to permit the candidate to attend the online counselling, if a valid reason for absence is communicated to the Selection Committee. The candidate so permitted can only claim the Course and College available at the time of online counselling when he/ she actually attend.
• Once the candidate locks his/ her choice during the online counselling, it cannot be changed later. Request for change of Branch/ College, from one to another is not permitted after an option has been exercised.

Certification Verification

• The candidates who are called for certificate verification should produce all relevant original documents at the Certificate Verification Centre in the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the Certificate Verification Schedule.
• The candidates who are called for certificate verification are not guaranteed admission to MBBS/ BDS course.
• The Centre for certificate verification is not an allotted college.
• If the preference of the centre for certificate verification given by the candidate is not available, the centre will be decided by the Selection Committee.

Downloading Allotment Order

• The Selected candidate has to pay a non-refundable amount of Tuition Fee for downloading the allotment order online via Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking.
• The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/ Institution on or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the Provisional Allotment Order.

Reporting To Allotted College

• The candidates should produce their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES in person at the time of joining their selected Colleges along with the scanned copy of original certificates to the concerned Colleges.
• If you do not report to the Head of the Institution to which you are allotted on or before the time and date specified, your selection and/ or admission will be cancelled without any further notice.
• The Candidate selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned College that he/ she is liable for forfeiture of selection/ admission if suppression of facts, misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
