SJSV B.Ed Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

A candidate shall be eligible for admission into the Shiksha Shastri – B.Ed. the course provided: The candidate who passed Shastri/ +3 (Arts)/ B.A. or any equivalent examination thereto from a recognized University/ recognized examining body shall be eligible to take admission after qualifying for the SSET (Shiksha Shastri Entrance Test). Sanskrit as a subject for/ nontraditional stream i.e. +3 (Arts), B.A., etc. as desired is mandatory. A cut-off mark of 50% (without F.C. & A.C.) in Shastri/ +3 (Arts) level in aggregate is essential. Relaxation of 5% marks for S.C/ S.T. candidates is allowed

Age: The candidate must have completed the minimum age limit of 20 years on 1st August 2024

SJSV B.Ed SSET 2024 Exam Pattern

Duration of the Exam: 2 hours

Mode of Evaluation: 

• Securing at least 35% (18 marks out of 50 marks) marks for SC & ST students and 40% (20 marks out of 50 marks) marks for others in Sanskrit Language proficiency i.e. Group- A
• An aggregate of 53 marks for SC & ST students and 60 marks for others in all groups will be qualified for SSET (Group ‘A’ to ‘E’)

Design of Question Paper of SSET:

• The Shiksha Shastri Entrance Test (SSET) will consist of question papers in the shape of Multiple Choice and the O.M.R Sheet will be provided for the answer
• Full mark: 150
•  Each question contains one mark
