The candidates should fulfill the following minimum conditions to become eligible for admission to M.Sc. Nursing Course. The Test will be open to candidates who–
- a) is a resident of India and belongs to Sikh Community (for Sikh Minority Quota Only);
- b) should be a registered Nurse and registered Midwife or equivalent with any state Nursing Registration Council.
- c) passed B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- d) Minimum one year of work experience after the declaration of the final result of B.Sc. Nursing. Minimum one-year work experience prior to or after Post Basic B.Sc. (N) candidates at the date of counselling.
- e) candidate shall be medically fit.
