SBVDUCET 2024 @sbvu.ac.in: A Common Entrance Test is to be conducted by Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (SBV) Deemed to be a University to admit students to B.Sc. (NURSING) / P.B.B.Sc (NURSING) / M.Sc. (NURSING) / NPCC / B.Pharm programs offered at Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College, B.Sc (N) program at Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing, SSSMCRI Campus, Chennai and B.Pharm at School of Pharmacy, SBV Campus & Pondicherry. SBVDUCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The SBVDUCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

•  The Applicant must be an Indian citizen.

Age Limit

• B.Sc. (Nursing) – The candidate should be 17 years of age and above on 31st December 2022. No upper age limit is prescribed.
• P.B. B.Sc. (Nursing)/ M.Sc. (Nursing)/ NPCC- No age limit is prescribed.
• B. Pharm- The candidate should be completing 17 years of age and above on 31st December 2022. The upper age limit is 35 years.

Eligibility for Admission

As per the pre-requisite mentioned by the officials to get admission into nursing/ B.Pharm programs, the candidate must have appeared in SBVDUCET – 2024. However, appearance in SBVDUCET-20223 will not automatically qualify a candidate for admission to the Nursing/ B.Pharm program. For admission, The candidate should fulfill the necessary admission requirements prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council, Pharmacy Council of India, and Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Deemed to be University.

Educational Qualifications

Post Basic B.Sc.(N)

Candidates should have:

• Passed the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university for this purpose. Those who have done 10+1 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.
• Obtained a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council. A male nurse, trained before the implementation of the new integrated course besides being registered as a nurse with the State Nurses Registration Council, shall produce evidence of training approved by the Indian Nursing Council for a similar duration instead of midwifery.

B.Sc. (Nursing)

• A candidate should have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2) from a recognized board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent Board.
• Students appearing in the 10+2 examination in Science conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.
• 5% of marks is relaxed for SC/ ST candidates.

M.Sc. (Nursing)

• The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
• The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
• The candidate should have undergone B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) in an institution that is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
• Minimum one year of work experience after registration of Basic B.Sc. (Nursing). with the State Council
• Minimum one year of work experience prior to or after Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing). after registration with the Council

B. Pharm

The Candidate seeking admission to the first year B.Pharm should have passed in Higher Secondary Examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or) English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics as subjects.

SBVDUCET 2024 – Application Fee

Aspiring candidates are required to pay the SBVDUC Entrance test fees while submitting the SBVDUCET 2024 Application Form. Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, it is Payable at Pondicherry – 607 402. The SBVDUCET 2024 Application Fee is mentioned in tabular form. SBVDUCET Exam Pattern 2024

B.Sc. (Nursing) & B. Pharm

Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc. (N) & B. Pharm will have to appear for a Common Entrance Test- Syllabus is given above- Objective type with 100 questions of 3 hours duration. The Candidates appearing for B.Sc (N), & B.Pharm should obtain a minimum of 50% of total marks to clear the entrance test. The format of no.of questions and marks are mentioned in below tabular form.

P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing), M.Sc (Nursing) and NPCC

Candidates seeking admission to P.B.B.Sc. (N) M.Sc. (N) and NPCC programs will have to appear for an objective-type entrance test. Answer 50 questions on the topic detailed below for a maximum of 50 marks in 90 minutes. (Candidates appearing for M.Sc. (N) – NPCC will have to attend an interview)

SBVDUCET 2024 Admit Card

The SBVDUCET 2024 Admit Card contains the Name, Registration Number, and Photograph that will be sent to the candidate by post. The original Hall Ticket will be produced at the time of the Entrance Test. Without the Hall Ticket, no candidate will be permitted to write the test. Usually, the officials of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University (SBU) will release the SBVDUCET Admit Card 2024 on their web portal before the exam schedule. Check the details present on the admit card. SBVDUCET 2024 Results

The officials of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University (SBU) will release the SBVDUCET Results 2024 on the web portal. Merit List showing the mark scored by the candidate in the Entrance Test for B.Sc.
