Non-service candidates

1. Should have passed the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10 +2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the University/Board.
2. Should have obtained a Diploma in General nursing and midwifery before the implementation of the new integrated course and should be registered as a Registered Nurse
   and midwife with their respective State Nursing Council.
3. Should have obtained a Diploma in general nursing and Midwifery after the implementation of the new integrated course and registered as a Registered Nurse and
   midwife with their respective State Nursing Council
4. The candidate should have undergone GNM with an institution that should be recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council

In-service candidates

In-service candidates (only for Rajasthan State Government employees) In addition to the eligibility criteria prescribed for non-service candidates, in-service candidates
must also fulfill the eligibility criteria as below:

1. The candidate should be in service of the State Government of Rajasthan.
2. The candidate should have completed at least two years of continuous service after regular appointment by the State Government of Rajasthan. The candidate would be required to submit a certificate (Appendix A) to the above effect duly signed by the Director, Medical & Health Service, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The certificate submitted by the In-Service Candidates should indicate that the person concerned is serving the Government of Rajasthan for at least 2 years (as of the last date of submitting the online application form), after regular Appointment failing which the application form will be considered a non-service category candidate.
