• Note 1: This schedule is applicable for the Campuses/ Colleges of IKGPTU & MRSPTU only.
• Note 2: Only NATA qualified Students can apply for admission to B.Arch. Course.
• Note 3: Seats under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is available under B.Pharmacy, MBA & MCA courses as per Punjab Government admission Notification for session 2021-22.

IKGPTU has been appointed as a competent authority to conduct Centralized Online Counselling for making Admissions to the following courses, running in the Campuses/ Affiliated Colleges of IKGPTU Jalandhar, MRSPTU Bathinda & PAU Ludhiana, for the Session 2021-22:-

• B. Pharmacy & B. Pharmacy Fee Waiver (1st year)

PTU Counselling 2021 | Choice Filling

After getting Rank the Available Choices will be shown to registered candidates as per their category and filled credentials. The candidate can select any number of choices. It is advised to arrange the selected choices in the order of your preference. The following options are available under the Choice Filling tab:-

• Up-Down button to move the selected choices one step up or down.
• With the swap choices option, selected choices can be interchanged.
• Delete option to remove unwanted or wrongly selected choices.
• After selecting the desired choices the final step is to lock the selected choices

After saving the choices you will get a confirmation message. At the end of saving choices, you have to lock the saved choices. The saved choices (if unlocked), will be locked automatically at the closing time of Choice Filling.

Process To Apply For PTU Counselling 2021

• Priorly, all the candidates should open the official site @ ptu.ac.in.
• Then the IK Gujral Punjab Technical University Home Page appears on the screen.
• There the aspirants can find the link as “Click here to apply” button available
  under Centralized Online Counselling Session 2021-22.
• Then the page gets redirected and aspirants can find the separate links for Registration of a particular course.
• Select an appropriate course from the drop-down menu to participate in online counselling.
• Now, enter the Application No, Password and Security Pin details and get registered.
• If the candidate is a new user, then they should hit on the “New Candidate Registration Button”
• We suggest all the candidates to accept to terms and conditions and fill in all the required details in the arranged fields.
• Now, students should opt the choice based on their preferences.
• Then the officials will allocate the seats for particular candidates based on their choices opted by them during the registration.
• Aspirants report to the allotted institute online by uploading the requisite Documents on the portal and Depositing the Semester Fee through Online Mode and Uploading the Fee Slip on the portal.
• Finally, Provisional Confirmation by allotted Institute after Verification of relevant uploaded Documents/ Certificates and Verification of Uploaded Semester Fee Slip is done.
