NICMAR NCAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management
  (PGP ACM): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management
  (PGP PEM): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Two-Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/ Architecture/ Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Two-Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development, and Management (PGP IFDM): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/ Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB):  Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having a construction business. Students are required to provide necessary documents and undertakings as regards ownership of the construction business.
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM):  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with a minimum of four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria
• Final-year eligible graduating students can also apply.

How To Apply For NICMAR NCAT 2024?

• Navigate to the official site of the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) @ nicmar.ac.in.
• On the home page, under the Latest Updates click on Apply.
• The link will navigate you to another page now hit on Link 1.
• Now click on the Register Here (if you are a new user) then enter the basic details asked in the Registration Form and click on the submit button.
• Login to the Application Form using the user name, and password and enter the security code.
• Fill up the Application Form with the basic details, upload the scanned documents and pay the prescribed Application Fee.
• Submit the Application Form and get a printed copy of it for further reference.
