NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2025 | Registration (Started), Schedule, Seat Allotment: The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has released the counselling schedule for NCHMCT JEE 2025. Candidates who qualified in the entrance exam, which was declared on 19th May 2025, are eligible to take part in the counselling process. To register, eligible candidates must visit the official website at nchmcounselling.nic.in. To take part in the first round of counselling, candidates need to check their result on the counselling portal, register by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹2,000, and then fill in their choices for colleges and courses.

The counselling will be held in three rounds — Round 1, Round 2, and the Final Round. According to the official schedule, the counselling has started, and the last date to register and fill choices for Round 1 is 30th May 2025. The seat allotment result for Round 1 will be declared on 31st May 2025. Candidates are advised to complete all steps on time to secure a seat in one of the participating institutes.

NCHM JEE Counselling 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

To apply for NCHMCT JEE 2025, candidates must have passed any of the following qualifying exams:

• Class 12th (10+2 pattern) from any recognized Central or State Board, such as CBSE, ICSE, or other State Boards.

• Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University Exam from a recognized institution.

• GCE (General Certificate of Education) A-Level Exam from London, Cambridge, or Sri Lanka.

• High School Certificate Exam from Cambridge University.

• Any public school or university exam in India or abroad that is considered equivalent to 10+2 by COBSE or the Association of Indian Universities.

• HSC Vocational Exam recognized by NCVT or SCVT of the respective state.

• Senior Secondary School Exam from National Open School with at least five subjects, including English.

NCHM JEE Counselling 2025 – List Of Documents To Be Uploaded Online

For NCHM JEE 2025 counselling, you will need to upload scanned copies of a few important documents online. These include your Class 10th and 12th mark sheets, birth certificate, and your NCHMCT JEE 2025 scorecard.

If you belong to a reserved category or have a disability, you’ll also need to upload your category certificate or disability certificate. Along with these, make sure to upload a passport-sized photo and your signature in the required format.

• Click on the link labeled “NCHM 2025: Registration and Choice Filling”.
• Click on “New Candidate Registration”.
• Select “I Agree” to the terms and conditions.
• Carefully enter your roll number, application number, name, father’s name, date of birth, and security pin.
• Click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration process.
  Proceed with the NCHMCT JEE choice filling process, selecting your preferred institutes and programs.
• Submit your choices after completing the choice filling process.
