Karnataka PGCET Counselling 2023 – Second & Final Round

• Document verification for eligible PGCET-2023 applicants for admission to MBA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Arch. courses will be held as per the schedule. Verification of documents will be done at once for all the disciplines to which the candidate is eligible.
• Document Verification will be done at Bangalore, Mysore, Bellary, Belagavi, Kalburgi, Shimoga, Mangalore, Bijapur, Dharwad, Davangere https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ for a list of Helpline centers.
• If a candidate has got multiple ranks, then he/ she can come to the Helpline Centre on the scheduled date as per his/ her highest rank in any discipline and needs not come again for other ranks in other disciplines.
• General Merit, Reserved, and Special category candidates can attend document verification in any helpline center as per the schedule. But, Non-Karnataka Candidates, GATE Qualified Candidates; Sponsored Quota Candidates, and Part-Time Quota candidates should attend the document verification in the Bangalore center only as per their ranks.
• Candidates should compulsorily produce all the required documents in ORIGINAL with ONE set of Gazetted Officer attested photocopies of all the original documents and two passport-size photographs when they come for document verification at the Helpline Centre.
• If any candidate fails to produce any of the original documents/ certificates/ marks cards on the day of verification, such candidate’s documents will not be verified and they will not complete their registration process and subsequently will not be considered for eligibility to exercise their options.

Karnataka Examinations Authority is conducting online seat allotment by obtaining the options from CET Rank holders for admission to MBA / MCA/ M.E. / M.Tech / M.Arch courses.
