Eligibility Criteria for INI SS Counselling 2023 For Open Round

• Candidates who have appeared in INI-SS for the January 2023 session are obtained the following will be deemed to be provisionally eligible (subject to other criteria) to participate in the Open Round of Institute Allocation: –
• a) All participating candidates having obtained 50% OR above marks are eligible for an on-the-open round of Institute allocation
• b) Allocation of institutes will be done according to their merit in AML & CML.
• c) Candidates who applied for the General seats will eligible only for General seats and applied for sponsored seats will be eligible only for sponsored seats. There will no merging of seats from general to sponsored or sponsored to general.
• d) Eligibility for AIIMS New Delhi & Six other AIIMS, Candidates should mandatorily be on AIIMS Merit List.
• e) Candidates who are holding a seat at any Institute in the previous round are not eligible for this open round.
• The Sponsored & Foreign National/ OCI candidates may also participate in the on-the-open admission round.
• All the provisionally deemed eligible candidates who wish to participate are mandatorily required to report in person at the venue mentioned in the schedule of online registration above with original Certificates as per the scheduled date & time.

INI SS 2023 Choice Filling

The INI-SS Online Institute Allocation portal will allow candidates to make choices of Institute (a combination of Institute against applied subject/ specialty) as per his/ her eligibility. The candidate can arrange the choices in desired order preference. There is no limitation on the number of choices (Institutes) that can be made by the candidates. The choices can be edited and reordered within the date and time specified.

Procedure for INI SS Counselling 2023

• Firstly, the eligible candidates will have to register themselves on the INI-SS Online Institute Allocation portal
• The link for the portal will be activated only for eligible candidates on MyPage. Candidates can log in using the credential that has been used for filling out the application form and completing other processes related to INI-SS Entrance Examination for January 2023 session
• The INI-SS Online Institute Allocation portal will allow candidates to make choices of Institute (a combination of Institute against applied subject/ specialty) as per his/ her eligibility
• The Portal will remain open on dates specified in the Portal. The choices made by the candidate will be locked either by the candidate OR will be automatically locked on the Last Date and Time as specified
• All the candidates who have been allocated Institutes in the 1st Round are required to login to the INI-SS Online Institute Allocation portal and actively choose one of the following options within the date and time specified

Option 1. ACCEPT allotted Institute and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Institute Allocation.

Option 2. ACCEPT allotted Institute and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 3rd ROUND of Institute Allocation

• All the candidates who are allocated Institute are mandatorily required to report in person (for reporting and/ or joining) or through an authorized representative (for
  reporting), to the allocated Institute within the date and times specified
