IGKV CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For M.Sc.

• M.Sc. (Ag). Entomology, M.Sc. (Ag). Genetics and Plant Breeding, M.Sc. (Ag). Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, M.Sc. (Ag). Agricultural Extension, M.Sc. (Ag). Plant pathology, M.Sc. (Ag). Agricultural Economics, M.Sc. (Ag). Crop Physiology, M.Sc. (Ag). Agrometeorology, M.Sc. (Ag). Agricultural Microbiology: Bachelor’s degree in science or horticulture from a recognized university under 10+2+4 with at least 60% in aggregate or six CGPA or equivalent grades.
• M.Sc. (Ag). Agronomy: Bachelor’s in science stream in Agriculture under the 10+2+4 system with a minimum of six CGPA or 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
• M.Sc. (Ag). Agricultural Statistics: Graduate level in Horticulture or Agriculture from a recognized university with at least 6 CGPA or 60% marks in aggregate under 10+2+4. Those who have passed the 12th class with maths are also eligible.
• M.Sc. (Forestry): Bachelor in science stream or Forestry under 10+2+4 from a recognized university with six CGPA out of 10 point scale or 60% marks in aggregate.
• M.Sc. (Hort.) Vegetable Science, M.Sc. (Hort.) Fruit Science, M.Sc. (Hort.) Landscape & Floriculture: B.Sc. in (Ag.)/(Hort.) under 10+2+4 with 6 CGPA out of 10 point scale or 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
• M.Sc. (Ag). Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology: B.Sc. in (Ag.)/ B.Sc. (Hort)/ B.Sc. (Forestry)/ B.Sc. (Ag. Biotechnology) from a recognized university under 10+2+4 system with a minimum of 6 CGPA or 60% marks in aggregate.

IGKV CET 2024 Application Fee

The following are the Application Fee details as per the previous year. However, if any changes are made to the current year’s Application Fee then we will intimate you through this section immediately.

• General and OBC candidates – Rs. 400/-
• For SC, ST, and PH candidates – Rs. 100/-

Steps To Apply For IGKV CET 2024

• Take a step to the official website @ igkvmis.cg.nic.in.
• On the home page, go to Admissions 2024.
• Now click on the Register option and enter the basic details to get registered for the IGKV CET 2024.
• Log in to the official site and fill out the Application Form with all the respective details.
• Upload scanned signatures, photographs, and documents.
• Pay the prescribed Application Fee and then hit on the submit button.
• Save the confirmation page of the Application Form and get a hard copy of it.

IGKV CET 2024 – Important Link

IGKV CET 2024 Exam Pattern

• IGKV CET will be conducted offline mode i.e., pen paper-based test.
• The IGKV CET 2024 will be of objective type (MCQs)
• Each question will consist of four options out of which one correct response will be selected.
• A total of 100 questions will be given in the IGKV CET 2024 Entrance Exam
• There will be 100 questions multiple choices based (MCQs) in which each question will have 4 options out of which one will be the correct answer.
• The total duration of the exam will be 3 Hours (180 minutes)
