Marking Scheme – Indian Council of Medical Research JRF Exam 2021
Candidates need to check the ICMR JRF Marking Scheme 2021 which was assigned by the officials of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) & Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER) on their webportal.
- Aptitude Section (Section A) = 50 Questions * 1 Mark Will Be Awarded For Every Correct Answer
- Subject Specific Section (Section B & C) having 100 questions and the candidate may attempt any 75 Questions = 75 * 1 Mark For Every Correct Answer
- For Every Incorrect Answer = 0.25 Mark Will Be Deducted
Qualifying Marks For ICMR JRF Exam 2021
- For General & OBC Category – 55% obtained in both the sections A+B or C
- For SC/ ST & Physically Handicapped – 50% in all sections
Note:
- For Multiple (>2 correct option)/ ambiguous questions of the aptitude section (Questions nos. 1-50, for which the candidates were asked to attempt all questions), one mark will be awarded to all the candidates, irrespective of whether one has attempted that question or not.
- For Multiple (>2 correct option)/ ambiguous questions of the Life Sciences or Social Sciences (Questions nos. 51-150, for which the candidates were asked to attempt only 75 of 100 given questions), one mark will be awarded to the candidates who have attempted that question.
- For the question with two correct options, one mark will be awarded only to the candidates who have attempted one of the correct option (or both).
