ICAR Counselling 2023 – Choice Filling

  • Candidates declared eligible for counselling after the entrance examination under different categories shall be permitted to make choices of Courses/ Universities in the stipulated time period.
  • Only those accredited programs shall be displayed whose eligibility qualifications are filled by the candidate. Similarly, a list of only those Universities will be displayed where the program desired by the candidate is offered.
  • The candidate will be able to select the subjects and universities one by one. They are advised to fill in the maximum number of choices.
  • There will be a provision to add/ modify/ delete choice of Subjects/ universities during the stipulated time period. Further, provision for interchange/ upward movement/ downward movement will also be available and permissible any number of times.

  • Proof of date of birth – High School/ Class X/ Matriculation certificate
  • All Certificates and Mark sheets/ grade reports, related to Class X and XII
  • Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate
  • Admit Card issued to the candidate by NTA
  • Computer-generated confirmation page of the online application submitted to NTA
  • Rank Card and Counselling letter issued by the ICAR to eligible candidates.
  • Allotment Letter issued by the ICAR to eligible candidates.
  • Provisional Admission letter issued by the admitting university
  • Passport-size color photographs same as those uploaded at the time of online application to NTA.
  • Aadhaar card or 28-digit Aadhaar Enrolment ID proof/ copy of passport/ ration card/ bank passbook or any other valid Govt. Identity proof as applicable.
  • Domicile certificate.
  • Character Certificate from the school last attended.
  • Copy of SC, ST, UPS, OBC (NCL), and Gen-EWS category certificate as per Central Govt. requirements and issued by Competent Authority.
  • Medical certificate in case of Physically Challenged (PC) candidate issued by Medical Officer of any Government Hospital along with a description of the kind and the degree of disability

ICAR AIEEA Seat Allotment 2023

  • After verification of the uploaded documents of the candidate, payment of the Seat Acceptance Fee by the candidate, and reconciliation of the admission status of the candidate after completion of final reporting by the university, a Provisional Admission Letter will be issued to the admitted candidate through email.
  • No correspondence from the candidates/ guardians/ parents will be entertained by the Council for seeking permission for late registration/ admission in the universities or issuing any direction in this regard to the admitting university.
