According to the merit list, the date-wise list of selected candidates for the second phase HPBOSE D.El.Ed. CET counseling process from 29th September 2022 To 1st October 2022 and the remaining vacant seats (roster) are available on the board’s website @ hpbose.org. The candidates participating in the counseling are instructed to reach the board headquarters in Dharamshala for counseling as per the date-wise list available on the board website.
The candidates shall ensure to bring along with them all their original educational certificates, category/ sub-category, original residence certificate, and other relevant certificates along with attested photocopies of the same by filling the BIO DATA FORM available on the board’s website. In addition to the above, the candidates are advised that after seeing the details of the available category/ sub-category seats in the roster, they reach the board office for the second phase of counseling, after the allotment of seats daily, the updated roster will be made available on the board’s website

HPBOSE D.El.Ed. CET Counselling Eligibility
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks.
- The relaxation of 5% marks in minimum education qualification is available to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PHH candidates as per the rules and instructions of the State Govt.
- The age limit will be between 17-32 years (ie born between 19-06-1990 and 19-06-2005). Relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit shall be given to the candidates of reserved categories.
- The candidates are required to bring along with them their original certificates with attested photocopies thereof in support of their age, Academic Qualification, Proof of Domicile (Himachali Certificate), and the category to which they belong. The certificate to be produced in support of the category/ Sub-Category to which they belong should have been issued by the competent authority on the prescribed form of the Govt.
- For IRDP (BPL) candidates: A certificate should have been issued by the competent authority within 6 months of the date of counseling.
- For SC/ ST candidates: SC/ ST certificate should have been issued by the competent authority.
- For OBC candidates: OBC certificate should have been issued by the competent authority within the 1-year date of counseling. In case, the OBC certificate is more than 1 year, the OBC candidate shall be attested by the Ist Class Magistrate/ Oath Original certificates In Support of their age, Academic Qualification, Proof of Domicile (Himachali Certificate), and the category to which they belong. The certificate to be produced in support of the category/Sub-Category to which they belong should have been issued by the competent authority on the prescribed form of the Govt.
- For Ex-serviceman: Discharge Book (with attested copy)/ Certificate from Dy.Director, Sainik Welfare Officer of the District concerned.
- For Wards of Ex-serviceman: (A) Latest certificate from the Patwari/ Pradhan of Gram Panchayat/ President of Municipal Committee or Notified Area Committee/ Executive Officer of the Municipal Corporation of the area duly countersigned by the Tehsildar/ SDM of the area & (8) Latest Affidavit (on Stamp Paper of Rs.5/-) duly attested by the Tehsildar/ SDM of the area on the prescribed form. The specimen of certificates are given as Specimen-‘A&B’ respectively
- For Physically Handicapped: Minimum 40% disability. Medical certificate issued by the Medical Board duly countersigned by the C.M.O.
- For Children/ Grand Children of Freedom Fighter candidates: Certificate issued by the competent authority.
