It is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admission to MD/ MS/ MDS courses in Government/ Government Aided/ Private Unaided Medical Institutes including those under Private Universities and Post MBBS DNB /Post MBBS Diploma/ Post Diploma DNB courses in Government Medical Colleges/ Civil Hospitals in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2022-23 and all other concerned that admission to PG courses for the Academic Session 2022-23 shall be conducted through Online Combined Centralized Counselling for all in the State of Haryana on the basis of merit list prepared as per the merit of NEET PG / NEET MDS 2022 and DNB-PD CET2022 (for Post Diploma DNB).

Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022 Eligibility

A candidate for admission to MD/ MS, MDS courses in Govt./ Govt. Aided Medical & Dental Institutions and State Quota Seats in Private Medical/ Dental Institutions will be eligible if she/ he:

• Is a citizen of India.
• Has passed MBBS/ BDS examination from a recognized University/ Institution situated in Haryana as a bonafide resident of Haryana or has passed the MBBS/ BDS examination from any other Medical/ Dental College/  institution recognized by the Medical/ Dental Council of India and who/ whose parent(s) produce(s) a Haryana Resident Certificate as per Government instructions or any modification issued by the competent authority from time to time.
• For candidates applying under the management category, candidates from all over India shall be eligible irrespective of their state of domicile and place of study.
• Should have completed satisfactorily one-year compulsory Rotatory Internship from Institutions recognized by the Medical/Dental Council of India for this purpose by 31.03.2022 (or any dates notified by Government of India/NMC/ DCI). However, the candidates who had passed their BDS course prior to 1991 and hold a BDS degree from a Dental College recognized by the Dental Council of India, and have obtained permanent registration with the State Dental Council shall be exempted from the applicability of this pre-condition. Internship of 12 months period shall not be condoned in any case or circumstances except for the students of the BDS batch admitted during the academic session 2007-08 (as allowed by the Dental Council of India) and have completed 4 and a half year of BDS course along with 06 months of compulsory Rotatory Internship.
• The candidate should be registered with any of the State Medical Council/ State Dental Council/ NMC/ DCI.
• All candidates (General/ SC/ SC Deprived/ BC-A/ BC-B/ Benchmark disabilities/ EWS/ ESM/ FF) desirous of seeking admissions in any category of seats should fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria/ qualifications/ qualifying criteria as prescribed in the information bulletin for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) issued by NBE for the Academic year 2022-23 and as per regulations of NMC/ DCI issued from time to time.

The candidates desirous of participating in the counselling shall have to register on the admission web portal. The Registration fee (Non-Refundable) shall be as under:

• Rs. 2500/- for Unreserved Category.
• Rs. 1250/- for PWBD/ SC/ BC/ EWS Category of Haryana.

Documents Needed For Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022

The candidates, at the time of reporting, must bring the following Original Certificates/ Documentsalongwith two sets of duly self-attested photocopies of these with them.

• Matriculation Certificate/ High School Certificate/ ICSE/ Class X or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.
• Certificates of having passed the MBBS/ BDS examination from an Institution recognized by NMC/ DCI.
• Three copies of the recent photographs (passport size) self-attested used for the NEET form.
• Internship completion certificate certifying the date on which the candidate has completed one year of the Compulsory Rotatory Internship. The date of completion of internship training shall not be beyond 31.03.2021(or as notified by MoHFW NMC/ DCI).
• Foreign Medical Graduate Exam result (if applicable).
• Character certificate of the Head of Institution last attended/ First Class Executive Magistrate.
• Resident certificate issued by the competent authority of the State Government of Haryana (if applicable/ bona fide resident certificate issued by the competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
• Certificate of Registration with any State Medical/ Dental Council/ NMC/ DCI at the time of counselling.
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Haryana State Government (if applicable).
• Certificate of Dependent of Fighter Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Haryana State Government (if applicable).
• Certificate of ESM issued by the competent authority of the Haryana State Government (if applicable).
• Income Certificate for BCA/ BCB candidates.
• Income and Asset Certificates for EWS candidates issued by the competent authority.
• Certificate of Disability issued by notified centers by NBE or Medical Board at PGIMS, Rohtak (if applicable).
• Result Card of NEET – PG 2021/ NEET – MDS 2021.
• HCMS/ HCDS category candidates must produce valid NOC along with the certificate of the length of service rendered in the remote and or difficult areas or rural areas notified by the State Government, to be issued by the competent authority failing which the inservice candidate shall be considered ineligible for counselling.
• As Proof of identification Aadhaar card/ PAN Card/ Driving license/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Ration Card/ ParivarPehcahanPatre.
• Printout of the Application form.
