  • Candidate’s Aadhaar card
  • Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
  • Integrated Community Certificate (applicable for SC/ST candidates)
  • Transfer and Conduct Certificates issued from the institute
  • Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon (applicable for PH candidates)
