GATE Counselling 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be Indian Nationals
- Candidates should have valid GATE scores (Qualified in GATE 2025/ 2024/ 2023)
Documents Required for GATE 2025 Counselling
- Self-Attested Copy of GATE Score Card (2023 or 2024 or 2025)
- Seat allotment letter
- Photo ID proof
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Seat acceptance fee proof
- Printout of the Registration form & locked choices
- Migration Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- 12th Class marks sheet
- Marks sheet of qualifying examination (all semesters)
- Degree/ Provisional Certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Three Passport size colored photographs
- Original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
- An original Course completion certificate from the Head of the University/ Institute in case the result is awaited
- One set of self-attested photocopies of all the original documents
How to Register for COAP 2025?
- To register at COAP 2025, A candidate must have the following data i) Name, ii) GATE Registration number(s), iii) Valid GATE score(s), iv) Date of birth, v) Email ID, vi) Mobile number
- Only those candidates who have qualified in GATE 2025/ 2024/ 2023 and wish to apply for M.Tech. admission in any of the participating institutes/ job offers in PSUs are eligible to register at COAP 2025. After successful completion of registration at COAP, a candidate will be able to access information on offers made by the participating institutes. Offers will be uploaded by the participating Institutes/PSUs at COAP and will be tagged with the COAP registration number
- Registration will only be successful when a candidate completes the log-in procedure with the help of the input received via Email/ SMS. The email will contain a website URL for logging in along with the log-in ID. SMS will contain the password
- Candidates are advised to enter all the valid GATE scores (GATE 2025, GATE 2024, GATE 2023) if any while filling out the application
- Candidates need to click on the SUBMIT button to complete the registration process. The application process for COAP 2025 is complete only after clicking the “SUBMIT” button for the first-time login into the candidate’s login account
