GATE Counselling 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be Indian Nationals
• Candidates should have valid GATE scores (Qualified in GATE 2023/ 2022/ 2021)

Documents Required for GATE 2023 Counselling

• Self-Attested Copy of GATE Score Card (2021 or 2022 or 2023)
• Seat allotment letter
• Photo ID proof
• Date of Birth Certificate
• Seat acceptance fee proof
• Printout of the Registration form & locked choices
• Migration Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• 12th Class marks sheet
• Marks sheet of qualifying examination (all semesters)
• Degree/ Provisional Certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Three Passport size colored photographs
• Original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
• An original Course completion certificate from the Head of the University/ Institute in case the result is awaited
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all the original documents

How to Register for COAP 2023?

• To register at COAP 2023, A candidate must have the following data i) Name, ii) GATE Registration number(s), iii) Valid GATE score(s), iv) Date of birth, v) Email ID, vi) Mobile number
• Only those candidates who have qualified in GATE 2023/ 2021/ 2020 and wish to apply for M.Tech. admission in any of the participating institutes/ job offers in PSUs are eligible to register at COAP 2023. After successful completion of registration at COAP, a candidate will be able to access information on offers made by the participating institutes. Offers will be uploaded by the participating Institutes/PSUs at COAP and will be tagged with the COAP registration number
• Registration will only be successful when a candidate completes the log-in procedure with the help of the input received via Email/ SMS. The email will contain a website URL for logging in along with the log-in ID. SMS will contain the password
• Candidates are advised to enter all the valid GATE scores (GATE 2023, GATE 2021, GATE 2020) if any while filling out the application
• Candidates need to click on the SUBMIT button to complete the registration process. The application process for COAP 2023 is complete only after clicking the “SUBMIT” button for the first-time login into the candidate’s login account
