Eligibility for FDST 2024
BDS
- The candidate must be a citizen of India/ Overseas citizen of India (OCI)/ Person of Indian origin (POI) nationality
- Must have a primary dental degree/ PG Diploma or any Post Graduate dental qualification from any dental institute and must have registered with any State Dental Council of India or any prescribed by the Dental Council of India

FDST 2024 Exam Pattern
BDS
- The duration of Paper 1 is 120 Minutes and Paper 2 is 180 Minutes
- The total number of questions that will be asked in Paper 1 are 100 & for paper 2 are 150
- Each question carries one mark
- There will be no negative marking
- There will be no grace marks
- The candidate has to score 50% in each paper individually to qualify for appearing in the viva voce examination
MDS Degree and PG Diploma
FDST is divided into two question papers of 100 and 150 questions with time allocation of 120 minutes and 180 minutes respectively.

FDST Admit Card 2024
FDST 2024 Admit Card will be issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences officials on their official website. Candidates are required to download their admit card from the website and affix their latest passport-size photograph in the space provided on the admit card. Admit cards will not be sent to the candidates by Post. While attending the Foreign Dental Screening Test 2024, candidates must carry the Printed copy of the Admit card with a photo posted on it, and any one of the authorized photo IDs.
FDST 2024 Result
FDST Result 2024 for eligible candidates shall be displayed on the NBE website. An applicant shall be declared as having passed only if he/ she scores 50% in each paper individually to qualify for appearing in the viva-voce examination. The Viva-Voce examination consists of 50 marks. The scheme regarding the delivery of an authenticated copy of the result shall be indicated on the website at the time of declaration.
