Note: Further, the Round 1 of Counseling shall depend on the number of vacant seats. The decision to conduct any further round is purely discretionary and the decision of the NBEMS in this regard shall be final and binding.

DNB PDCET Seat Allotment 2025 & Instructions

• Registration & filling of choices has to be done through the website @ counseling.nbe.edu.in
• Candidates are advised to fill their preferences/ choices of seats carefully and Lock and Confirm them so that the same are considered by the System. If there is INACTION i.e. the candidate does not Lock and Confirm the preferences/ choices of seats, the System will not accept the choices of seats and the candidate will not be allotted any seat
• Registered candidates who have been allotted a seat in the First round of counseling allotment and Freeze the same by paying a first-year course fee, will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent round of counseling
• All candidates will be registered only Once during the start of the counseling process. No registration is permissible once the window of registration is closed. There is No other methodology for participation in the counseling for DNB (Post Diploma) admission session
• Participation in the online Counseling shall be strict as per the eligibility criteria and guidelines mentioned in the Information Bulletin for DNB PDCET Admission Session and Handbook for admission to Diplomate of National Board Post Graduate Courses (Post Diploma) Admission Session
• The Indicative seat matrix shall be uploaded on the website on the commencement of the online counseling
• Candidates may note that the allotment of seats in the counseling is subject to the candidates being eligible in all respects and verification of their original documents at the time of joining the allotted institute
• Candidate allotted a seat during the counseling process is required to deposit a One-year non-refundable Course Fee of Rs. 1,47,500/- [(1,25,000 + 22,500 GST @18%) (excluding payment gateway charges)] to confirm and FREEZE the allotment of seats
