BITS HD 2024 Application Form

The BITS HD 2024 Application Form is released now. Those who want to appear for the BITS HD 2024 Entrance Exam need to fill out the Application Form with their details. Before submitting the BITS HD 2024 Application Form, candidates need to pay the application fee.

For those who wish to be considered through GATE/ GPAT score, the application form will be for Rs. 1000/-, and others, the BITS HD 2024 application fee will be Rs. 3400/- (including the fee for BITS HD online test).

BITS HD 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates need to go through the eligibility criteria, to get clarity on whether they are eligible for the BITS HD 2024 exam and then go through the process of filling out the application form for BITS HD 2024.
• Candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech from a recognized University and candidates must have scored the aggregation of 60% in B.E/ B.Tech.
• Candidates must possess any integrated first degree of BITS or equivalent with adequate preparation in Biochemistry and Microbiology

How To Apply For BITS HD 2024 Exam?

• Candidates need to go to the official website to apply for the BITS HD 2024 application form.
• On the very step, candidates need to enter the basic information of the candidate’s date of birth gender, email Id, and Phone number.
• Candidates need to fill out the application by giving the correct details and candidates need to upload the required documents in the BITS HD 2024 application form.
• Cross-check all the given details and click on the Proceed button to go further.
• Candidates need to upload all the scanned images of photographs and signatures as specified by the authorities has to be done. If a candidate is applying through GATE, he/she also has to upload a scanned image of the scorecard.

BITS HD 2024 Exam Pattern

Candidates are suggested to go through the exam pattern to know how the BITS HD 2024 question paper would be so that candidates will get an idea of the exam before itself.

• The mode of the BITS HD 2024 exam will be the online mode (Computer Based Test). The duration of the exam will be 45 minutes, The medium will be only English. The question paper consists of Multiple Choice Questions. There will be two sections – Core Mathematics – 15 Questions and English Language Skills and Logical Reasoning – 15 Questions.
• Test II will have 60 Mins time with a total of 50 Questions. each question with
  four answer choices, and only one is the correct choice. Each correct answer fetches 3 marks, while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark. No marks are awarded or deducted for questions not attempted.

BITS HD 2024 Syllabus

Having an idea of the BITS HD 2024 syllabus helps the candidates to prepare well for the exam and to score more marks in the exam.

• Test 1: Core Mathematics, English & Logical Reasoning.
• Test 2: Sanitation Science, Technology, Management.
• Test for Software Systems: Duration: 60 Minutes, Total number of questions: 50
• This special test for Software Systems is required for only those students who are applying for M.E. Software Systems. The course description is available in the syllabus given later in the brochure.
• Test for M.E. Environmental Engineering
• Duration: 60 Minutes, Total number of questions: 50
• This special test for Environmental Engineering is required for only those students who are applying for M.E. Environmental Engineering.
• For all the above tests, the questions are of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question with four answer choices, and only one is the correct choice.
• Each correct answer fetches 3 marks, while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark.
• No marks are awarded or deducted for questions not attempted.
• While the candidate can skip a question, the computer will not allow the candidate to choose more than one option as the correct answer.
• All the questions and instructions for the test will be in English only.
• The questions will be selected at random from a large question bank. Different candidates will get different
• question sets. An expert committee will ensure that the question sets are of comparable difficulty levels.

BITS HD 2024 Admit Card

The Admit Card of BITS HD 2024 will be released only by the officials of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. Admit cards are very important to the candidates who are appealing for the exam. It is the only proof for the students that they are eligible for the exam or not. It also shows whether the candidate paid the fee for registration. We advise the candidates to make a  Hard Copy of the Admit Card for safety.
