Following is the counselling registration fee that candidates belonging to different categories should pay compulsorily.

• For OC/ OBC – Rs.750/-
• For SC/ ST/ PH – Rs.500/-

Documents to be Uploaded at the Time of APRCET Counselling Registration

While registering for the APRCET Counselling Phase 1 make sure you guys upload the scanned copies of the following documents.

• APRCET Rank Card
• Transfer Certificate (T.C)
• PG Degree Marks Memos/ consolidated marks memo
• PG Degree/ Provisional Certificate

• Intermediate Marks Memo/ Diploma Marks memo
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
• Study Certificates from Intermediate to PG Degrees
• Residence Certificate (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) in respect of Private candidates of AP state.
• Residence certificate of either parent in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in respect of SC/ ST/ BC
• Local status certificate if applicable i.e., a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within seven years from the 2nd day of June 2014 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
• PWD/ CAP/ ECA Certificates issued by competent authorities.
• Service certificates for part-time candidates.
• Certificates of UGC-NET (Including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR-NET(Including JRF)/ SLET/, other fellowships, Engineering students with valid GATE scores (within the stipulated period), Pharmacy students with valid GPAT Scores (with the stipulated period), and FDP/ Teacher Fellowship holders or who have passed M.Phil Programme (Under category-1 Rank obtained candidates

AP RCET Seat Allotment

Candidates after exercising their web options, the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education: Guntur officials will be locking your options. Then they will start the process of allocation of seats. The officials will be verifying your options to that of seat availability released by the respective institutes. If there is an availability of seats in the respective college, then authorities will allocate it to the individual candidates based on their preference. As per the schedule, the APRCET Seat Allotment will be released on 23rd January 2023.
