Candidates who have qualified in GATE, GPAT, or AP PGECET 2025 are eligible to take part in the AP PGECET Counselling 2025 for admission into M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, and Pharm.D (PB) courses. AP PGECET Counselling 2025 Fee
Candidates applying for the counselling process will need to pay an application fee of:
- Rs. 600/- for General/OBC candidates
- Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates
In addition, a web counselling processing fee will be applicable:
- Rs. 1,000/- for General/OBC candidates
- Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates
AP PGECET Counselling 2025 Certificates To Be Submitted
- GATE Score / GPAT / APPGECET-2025 Rank Card & APPGECET-2025 Hall Ticket
- Provisional Certificate / Degree Certificate & Memorandum of marks of qualifying
Examination - Memo of SSC or its equivalent
- Study Certificate from 10th class to Graduation
OR
Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years from the qualifying examination i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education (Aadhaar card / House hold card) - Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST
candidates - Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of candidates who studied outside the state of A.P.
- Transfer Certificate
- Income Certificate / House hold card (white) / Ration card
- EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar if applicable.
- Candidates who have studied in Telangana but wish to claim AU/SVU regions have to
submit Local Status Certificate.
Certificates are to be uploaded by Sports/PH/NCC/CAP candidates along with other originals.
- PH Category: Candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical
Board and only candidates who have a disability of 40% and above are eligible. - CAP Category: Ex-Service Personnel has to produce the following 1. Service Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer 2. Identity Card 3. Discharge Book for verification
Serving persons have to produce Service Certificates from the place of work indicating the relationship with the Candidate. Only candidates whose parents are domicile of AP are eligible to consider under the “CAP” Category. - NCC/ SPORTS Category: Candidates have to produce concerned certificates along with
A, B, C Certificate (s).
Note: The decision of the authorities of NCC/ CAP/ PH/Sports is final with regard to priorities fixed and the convener has no role with the priorities assigned.
