AP EAPCET Counselling Process 2025
Registration (At Help Line Centre): According to the schedule given by the officials, candidates have to report to the Help Line Centres and hand over the Rank Card, Registration, and Counselling Fee Receipts. Applicants have to sign the registration form to Obtain the Registration/ Verification form.
Certificate Verification (At Help Line Centre): After the Registration process, applicants have to submit their certificates along with the Registration-cum-verification form. Later, candidates have to check the details available on the given receipt of certificates. Applicants have to sign and collect the certificates from the chief verification officer. Once verification is done, candidates must leave the hall with the manual option form, college code, and course code sheet.
Option Entry: Candidates can do the Option Entry process by login into the official site. Later, applicants have to select their preferred colleges and courses.
Seat Allotment: After the completion of the AP EAPCET Counselling process, the officials will announce the AP EAPCET Seat Allotment Results. And Seat Allotment will be done based on the marks obtained and choices preferred by the applicants
Reporting To Allocated Institute: After the completion of allotment, candidates have to complete their admission process at their designated center. Candidates must register themselves through a self-reporting system at their assigned college.

- Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/ mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
- Integrated Community Certificate, in the case of BC/ ST/ SC issued by the competent authority.
- Income certificate of parents from all sources or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent’s name have to be reflected in the ration card) for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)

- The home page of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will be displayed.
- Now, select the “Candidate Registration”
- Enter required details like Registration Number, Hall Ticket Number, Rank, Date of Birth, etc.
- Later, select Generate Password.
- Enter a password of 8 characters in length with at least one numeric.
- Then, enter the User Id, Hall Ticket, Date of Birth, and Password in the candidates’ Login.
