Eligibility (to be uploaded at the time of online registration)

Admission to this Institute is for children of ELIGIBLE SERVING ARMY PERSONNEL, ELIGIBLE EX-ARMY PERSONNEL, AND WAR WIDOWS OF THE ARMY ONLY. The children of the following categories of Army personnel are eligible and are required to submit the relevant certificates (as given against the category) as proof of their eligibility for admission to AWES Professional Colleges along with the Application Form:

The applicants must belong to one of the following categories and corresponding document to be uploaded at the time of registration:

• Children of serving Army personnel with a minimum of 10 years of continuous service in the Army
• Children of Ex – Army personnel who were granted/ awarded regular pension, liberalized family pension, family pension, or disability pension at the time of their superannuation, demise, discharge, release medical board/ invalided medical board. This includes wards of recruits medically boarded out and granted disability pension
• Children of Ex-Army personnel who have sought discharge or released after ten years of service

Adopted/ Stepchildren and children of Remarried Widows:

• Adopted Child of Army personnel, if adopted at least five years prior to seeking admission
• Step Children are eligible provided they are born from a wedding where at least one parent belonged to the Army who is otherwise eligible

Eligibility Criteria in Special Cases:

• Eligibility Criteria for Wards of Ex-Army Medical Corps Officers/ Army Dental Corps Officers presently serving with Indian Navy or Indian Air Force(IN/ IAF). Wards of only those Ex Army Medical Officers Army Dental Corps officers presently serving with Indian Navy or Indian Air Force who have served with the Army for at least 10 years
• Eligibility Criteria for Children of Army Postal Service/ Military Nursing Service/ Territorial Army Personnel

AIHMCT Registration Fee

Registration form costing Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only – nonrefundable) through NEFT in favor of “Institute Fund, AIHM&CT” A/c No 64020010441, payable at State Bank of India, Hennur Road, Bangalore – 560 043, IFSC Code No SBIN0014933. The registration form is the application form. The registration form with prospectus can also be downloaded from the Institute website www.aihmctbangalore.edu.in. Online registration will be carried out by the candidate till the last date ie, of the online admission test (OAT), 15th April 2024.

Documents Needed During AIHMCT Registration

• Proof of Age as per Std X/ XII or Equivalent Mark Sheet/ TC
• Statement of Marks of Qualifying examination with an aggregate mark
• Appropriate certificates in respect of various categories to avail priority for admission
• Proof of Gallantry award for grant of weightage vide

The following certificates in original will be submitted to the Principal at the time of admission:

• Marks card and pass Certificates of 12th Std (10+2)
• Marks card of 11th Std (Mandatory)
•  Marks card of SSC (Class 10) or equivalent examination
• School/ Institute Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate

AIHMCT 2024 Admit Card

The Admit Card for the Online Admission Test is required to be downloaded subsequent to Registration. Candidates are required to provide their mail id and mobile number for prompt communication. The Admit Card must be shown to the Officer supervising the ONLINE Admission Test. A candidate without a valid Admit Card shall be debarred from taking the test. In case of loss/ misplaced the Admit Card, he/ she should personally contact the Centre Co-ordinator at the OAT Centre for further instructions. You should report to the Officer-in-Charge Examination Centre prior to commencement of the test.

AIHMCT Result 2024
